Leading Edge Therapy, a growing group practice, is seeking independent contractors (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD Psychologists) to join our team.
Cutting-Edge Approaches
What we offer:
We offer the freedom and flexibility of a private practice and remote work, without the administrative hassles.
Founded by a UNM-trained Clinical Psychologist and an incoming Addiction Medicine MD physician, our mission is to improve access to evidence-based therapy such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, delivering high-quality, well-researched treatments to our community.
Flexible Schedule
Create your own hours and work remotely—full-time, part-time, or as needed.
This position is ideal for those seeking flexible part-time or full-time work, whether as additional income alongside a current role or as a primary full-time career
Supportive Environment
Join a collaborative, growing practice that supports your professional development by handling the administrative work, including providing an EHR system, filling your desired caseload, marketing your services, managing billing, and handling insurance, so you can focus on what matters most: providing clinical care.
Competitive Compensation
Earn $46-$65 per session for Master’s clinicians and competitive pay for PhDs/PsyDs, depending on experience, client caseload, and availability, with potential to earn more based on these factors and overall performance.
No Micromanagement
Work independently with minimal supervision and manage your own caseload.
Bonus Opportunities
Earn performance-based bonuses and incentives.
