We start the process by listening to you and understanding your goals. Then, we create a plan tailored to you to get you there. Therapy sessions are usually weekly and last around 50 minutes. We will use tools to measure and track your weekly progress weekly, ensuring we’re doing everything we can to bring you closer to your goals.

No, the evidence-based treatments used at Leading Edge are not just talk with no real changes. Evidence-based therapy relies on methodologies proven to be effective by scientific evidence. These treatments emphasize your active participation in learning and practicing skills both in and outside of our sessions to foster real, lasting change.

The good news is that evidence-based therapies at Leading Edge allow you to reach your goals without having to be in therapy forever, with most of our therapies lasting for around 3 months, or 12 sessions.

With certain insurance plans, you may be reimbursed for up to 60-80% of your therapy session costs after meeting your deductible. We can assist in verifying your out-of-network benefits and estimating your co-insurance so you know what to expect.

We’ve partnered with Thrizer to streamline this process for you. Using Thrizer, you’ll only need to pay your co-insurance at the time of your session once your deductible is met, rather than paying the full session cost and waiting for reimbursements. On average, this saves you 70% upfront on session costs.

If you choose to use your insurance benefits, we’ve partnered with Thrizer to simplify the complexities of insurance and give you more control over your payment options:

  • Option 1- Pay Only Your Co-Insurance Amount at the Time of Your Appointment: With Thrizer, you only pay your co-insurance amount at your appointment once you’ve met your deductible. This means you avoid waiting for reimbursements and save an average of 70% upfront on session costs. Thrizer charges a flat 5% fee for this service.
  • Option 2- Pay Full Session Fee and Wait for Insurance Reimbursements: Use Thrizer to handle submissions for you, resulting in reimbursements typically within 1-4 weeks (1% Thrizer fee). Alternatively, you can submit superbills directly to your insurance provider and wait for them to issue your reimbursement.

You can find specific rates. We accept credit or debit card payments securely through our client platform, and payment is due at the time of service. We ask that if you are unable to attend a session you give at least 24 hour notice to avoid being charged the full session fee.
